He is a certified Information system Auditor and help organization in implementation of ERP software. He understands IT support required for an organization and helps organization as a partner in implementation of the same and conducts post implementation audit. He has rich experience of the same and has helped MNC clients in GST implementation in ERP environment.

He is a Registered Valuer under the category Securities or Financial Assets from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). He specializes in valuation of business, due-diligence, making organisation fit for investor funding, financial analysis of unlisted and listed companies, competitor benchmarking and sector analysis. He has done business valuation assignments for various start-ups, mid-size and large corporates. He works closely with corporates for business set-up, advising them on business structuring; also helping them comply with statutory compliance requirements under various laws. He is having tie-ups with internationally recognized accelerators and VC funds.

Monal is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a commerce graduate. She has worked with some of the biggest consulting, accounting, NBFCs and IT Companies. With 8 years of post-qualification experience, she has extensively worked on several consulting cases across diverse verticals and has served clients ranging from global MNCs to SMEs.

She also deals with Corporate Advisory, and secreterial Compliances. Her ability to understand the business environment coupled with her sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations.

Vidushi is a Founding member of the firm and a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a Registered Valuer in Securities & Financial Assets with IBBI and also holds Diploma in Information System Auditing. She has considerable experience in the field of Company Law, FEMA Act, Direct Tax, Assurance and Accounting.

She has been involved in providing advisory in Corporate Laws, Financial Due Diligence and Business Valuation. She has been providing sophiscated and robust valuation including Business, debt and Equity Instruments and Intangible valuation assignments for eminent clients. She holds extensive experience in conducting Audit of public sector Banks.

CS Shalini Jain is an experienced Company Secretary specializing in corporate compliance, governance, and regulatory filings.
