Registrations & Licenses

PAN, TAN, GST and MSME (Udyam) registrations to make your business fully recognised and compliant — plus Import Export Code (IEC), Shops & Establishment, professional tax and the other licenses your business needs to operate.

Financial & Tax Planning

Capital structuring, budgeting and startup cost forecasting, plus an accounting system that supports GST, TDS and other compliances from day one.

Regulatory & Compliance Guidance

Investor Readiness & Pitch Deck Support

A compelling pitch deck, a robust financial model, and valuation and documentation support — so you walk into investor meetings prepared, not hopeful.

Frequently asked questions

Private Limited, LLP or OPC — which should I choose?
If you plan to raise venture funding or grant ESOPs, a Private Limited company is almost always the answer. LLPs suit professional services and family businesses that won't take equity investors; OPCs suit solo owners who want limited liability with minimal structure. We walk you through the trade-offs on your facts before anything is filed.
How long does incorporation take?
With documents in order, a Private Limited company is typically incorporated within one to two weeks, including name approval, DSC/DIN and PAN/TAN. Statutory registrations such as GST follow immediately after.
What does it cost to keep a Private Limited company compliant each year?
Budget for statutory audit, ROC annual filings, income tax return and routine secretarial work even at zero revenue — it is a real but modest fixed cost. We quote an annual compliance package upfront so there are no surprises.
Do you stay involved after incorporation?
Yes — most clients stay with us for accounting, compliance calendars, tax and eventually valuation and fundraise support. The point of getting the foundation right is that everything built on it moves faster.
