Suchit is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a CFA Level III candidate, with more than a decade of experience across auditing, consulting and business valuation. He leads the firm's valuation practice.
As a Registered Valuer (Securities or Financial Assets) with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), he specialises in business valuation, due diligence, investor-readiness, financial analysis of listed and unlisted companies, competitor benchmarking and sector analysis — with valuation assignments delivered for startups, mid-size companies and large corporates.
He has rich experience designing internal controls for mid-size to large corporates and advises clients on business strategy and capital structuring. Vidushi is a founding member of the firm and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is a Registered Valuer in Securities & Financial Assets with the IBBI and holds a Diploma in Information System Audit.
She has considerable experience across Company Law, FEMA, direct tax, assurance and accounting, and advises on corporate laws, financial due diligence and business valuation. She has delivered sophisticated, robust valuations — business, debt and equity instruments, and intangibles — for eminent clients, and holds extensive experience in the audit of public sector banks.
